About

I'm Eli, owner of TNT Fitness.

Before TNT, I was a firefighter EMT. That job taught me that discipline, preparation, and showing up for people matter—every day. I brought that same mindset into coaching and into this gym.

I started TNT because I believe training should be more than showing up and sweating. It should be structured. Intentional. And it should make you better—in your body and in the rest of your life. I've seen what happens when people get a clear plan and real accountability: they get results, and they keep them.

My goal here is simple: help you lose fat, build muscle, and build habits you can keep. Whether you're starting from zero or ready to get serious, you get a clear plan and honest coaching from someone who cares about your progress.

This isn't a big box gym. You're not a number. You're known, encouraged, and pushed to improve. Growth doesn't happen by accident—it happens by design.

Who runs TNT Fitness?
Eli Wilson owns and runs TNT. He's a full-time coach who works directly with members on strength, fat loss, and habits. He believes training is one of the best tools for building confidence and consistency—so you look better, move better, and show up better in the rest of your life.
What happens at a free strategy session?
You'll sit down with a coach, talk about your goals and where you are right now, go through a body composition scan, and leave with a clear next step—whether that's joining or not. No hard sell, no pressure.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. Most of our members started from scratch or after a long break. Every program is built around where you are right now—your fitness level, schedule, and goals. You don't need to "get ready" before showing up.
What are the membership options?
We offer open gym access at a straightforward monthly rate—no long-term contracts or hidden fees. If you want more structure, you can add personal training or group coaching on top. Your strategy session is the best way to find the right fit.
Can I use the gym outside of staffed hours?
Yes. All members get 24/7 key-card access, so you can train on your own schedule. Staffed hours are when coaches are on-site for questions, programming help, and scheduled sessions.
